Description

We’re hiring a Digital Marketer who lives and breathes paid social campaigns. You know how to test creative, find the right audience, and scale campaigns without burning budgets. You’re equally comfortable in a strategy session and inside Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop a company-wide process for serving our clients who hire us for paid social
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Partner with our creative team to develop scroll-stopping ad content.
  • Monitor performance, tweak targeting, and analyze data across platforms.
  • Present results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Stay on top of platform updates and new ad formats.

Skills Prefered

  • 5–10 years experience in paid social and digital marketing.
  • Track record of managing budgets and improving campaign ROI.
  • Strong grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, UTMs, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with nonprofit, mission-driven, or faith-based campaigns.
