Description

Smith House is hiring an Integrator to bring operational discipline to a growing creative

agency. This role exists to turn vision into execution.

The Integrator owns the space between ideas and outcomes—ensuring priorities are clear,

systems work, and momentum is maintained across the business. Working directly with the

President / Founder, the Integrator helps translate strategy into action and ensures nothing

critical stalls due to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

I. Operational Integration

  • Translate leadership priorities into clear plans and next actions
  • Improve internal workflows and operating systems
  • Reduce friction between people, projects, and processes
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms
  • Near-Term Project: AI-centered task management and workflows

II. Agency Marketing & Sales Pipeline

  • Own and manage marketing of our agency (content, social, funnels, webinars)
  • Own and maintain the pipeline of potential clients
  • Ensure every opportunity has a defined stage, owner, and next step
  • Support Finance / Bookkeeping
  • Near-Term Project: Weekly Training Webinars offered to Target Markets

III. Initiatives

  • Take ownership of initiatives assigned by the President / Founder
  • Turn high-level ideas into executable plans
  • Prevent stalled initiatives and surface risks early
  • Identify what requires leadership input vs. independent execution
  • Anticipate problems before they become distractions

Near Term Projects: Planning and recruiting Summer + Fall Internship Program.

Skills Prefered

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be fond of AI-centered workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work across creative, technical, and leadership teams
  • Strategic thinking paired with strong execution
  • Agency or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
  • Owning outcomes, tenacious!
